Great stay worth the value

- Food and variety of restaurants are good - Staff service is considerate and fast - The pools and bars are great - Lots of fun with the animation team and shows. Go Pineapple and MamaJuana! - Overall, great stay worth the price

- The beach and sea were not as great as expected. Spent most of the time by the pool - The rooms and hotel can use some maintenance

Great but short

The resort was beautiful!! Beautiful beach, nice set up of cabanas, bar right at the beach with staff coming around to take drink orders. The staff was very nice and accommodating. If there was an issue it was addressed in a timely manner.

The hours of operation for many of the accommodations were short. The pool closed early. There were many options for late night food. If there is a club and people are drinking there should be more food options for maybe 24/7 room service so things can be ordered.

The staff was really accommodating and the rooms were very clean and large. The steakhouse and buffet near the beach were my favorite!

There wasn’t much to do. There was no interaction w the activity staff and so we weren’t aware of any activities or shows going on during the day/night.

All the food was fantastic and staff was great. Our rooms were very spacious and the view was beautiful

Need more indoor bars with air conditioning on the adult side and the club needs to play a better mix of music! Also pool/hot tub should close at 10 not 8!

Excellent property with excellent entertainment, service and food/restaurants offer.

Breakfast was excellent - variety, service...

There was some problem with the sewage I think. Maybe there was an incident at the nearby construction some pipe was broken or...When we entered the property there was a strong smell ...unbearable... not so much felt at the hotel and at the beach but very much at our terrace. The first night we could not open our terrace.. and then slowly it faded away...but first impression was not good...it was quite shocking... Checking room numbers at the entrance of the breakfast area caused delays and there were unnecessary line at times. Should be dealt with more efficiently. Towels are not accessible early in the morning and after 6pm so if you want to go early to the beach you cannot have a clean towel... we asked and it was kindly provided as an exception but there should be a systemic solution.

I enjoyed my first time in DR, thanks to serenade I will definetly be back ! Staff was very friendly, food was good and

I really liked the amount of restaurants & pools on the resort. Was also a one stop shop, they have everything you could possible need at the hotel including an office to help you with your excursions to ensure safety !

I didn’t like the sewer smell in the pool bathrooms. While the resort is pretty modernize, there are still things to be updated like the pool bathrooms & the hallway doors/room doors look banged up from either poor material/ water damage. Also not too many options in the buffet area. We pretty much had the same breakfast every day since they put the same options out every day. Also, although we made our restaurant reservations early the resort was pretty empty & I seen that ppl were being turned away from restaurant which was pretty bizarre when the restaurant would be empty. Like I said the resort wasn’t busy at all, yet towels for the pool we always finished. I just wonder how it would operate at full capacity. Maybe give a wristband to the ppl who already purchased excursions through the hotel bc getting hounded 5 times a day by the same man was the one thing that annoyed me so bad. I started hiding from the excursion reps (behind trees, pretending I was sleeping at the pool) lol.

Relaxing and quiet

The resort was very demure and very mindful. Loved the room, the room service bbq burger and the drinks were good.

Not enough activities. Only piano bar and live music was offered so I didn’t do much at night.

I loved everything! Rooms were very clean breakfast food was great as well.

Only thing that could have been better was the food on the resort, it was room temperature. The rooms on the resorts should’ve also had full body mirrors as well.

A NIGHTMARE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!

the beach was nice. the staff from restaurants and entertainment were wonderful.

Booking does not advertise hotel as under construction, which it should. Save your time and money and book elsewhere!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! The hotel is new and rooms are not ready to be occupied by guests. We booked the master suite for our honeymoon which was incomplete and not in proper working conditions. The toilet in the entrance was clogged, no hot water, the indoor tub had multiple nasty stains on it, and the shower leaked water almost all the way out to the bedroom area causing us to slip. Multiple patches on walls throughout the inside and out on the balcony. Our private outdoor jacuzzi tub's plug did not hold water when filling. It took 2 days for management to move us to the room next door and the new suite also had master shower and toilet leaking out water as well, and at times we still had no hot water. In our new room we had no peace as throughout the day we heard them in our old room banging things, and outside while we were in the jacuzzi we were greeted by the heavy smell of paint from the room next door. Housekeeping continuously failed to clean the room properly and restock towels and minibar, even when we had the front desk manager aware and involved. There is still construction happening, the facility still has lots of work to be done throughout. The bathrooms by the pool are incomplete and smell like sewers. The entire hotel does not have a first aid kit on the property, which was confirmed by the General Manager's assistant when we asked for a cut. Overall management is dismissive of these problems and failed to resolve issues. Food is mediocre and not as advertised. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

my stay was okay for my birthday but could of been better.

The location was great. The staff was great but there was one guy that was rude. Me and my wife took 2 hours out of our time on vacation to listen to them sell us a timeshare and at the end when we didn't want it. The man said we wasted his time, but i thought we were the ones who were on vacation.

They could have paid a little more america music, I understand that we are in a there country but I have been to DR before and it wasn't like that. Then they say no speakers are allowed. Gotta change that. Then there was no entertainment. Yall need to play games in the pool with the guest or have some activity going on. Room service closed so early, but yall are giving people liquor until 12am, but the kitchen closed at 10:30pm. Also the shower need to be design better water kept getting out of the shower and i had water in my room.

Wonderful

The hotel was opened in Oct’23 so everything is new and very clean. Attentive staff and good service. Great value for money.

The beach has a lot of seaweed, something that’s a problem in Punta Cana, but the hotel staff cleaned the beach daily to keep it to a minimum.

Hotel is nice but not worth the price. Won’t return.

The place was new and quiet compared with the not Adults only next hotel. pool was great and service was good at all the hotel’s area. drinks and cocktails were great and the team was helping with all we needed.

We didn’t really like the food at the buffet a lot of things were missing not enough vegetables selection and restaurants was mediocre food and not as expected. the other problem was that they had a terrible noise from security and others rooms we had to change rooms twice since we could not sleep.
